It’s December! This week has been uber busy for me because it’s my last week of classes -ever! So let’s make this post happy and easy- I’ll share with you a few things on my wishlist. Dear Santa, I’ve been a good girl this year (in general), so please, get me everything on this list! *and Gelati continues daydreaming*
Isn’t the new MacBook Air a piece of art? My MacBook Pro (bought in 2009) has been getting really slow lately and more importantly, the battery life has decreased to less than one hour… Can you imagine constantly looking for plugs everywhere you go? And the speed is just *URGH*
I am also kind of in need of a iPhone 5s (yes, in need) because I broke my iPhone 4S and my iPhone 4’s home button is not working. Before you think I’m a rich brat, I must clarify – I’ve had 3 iPhones so far and I’ve only spent a total of EUR200 on them because of my brother (I got them all second-hand from him). I don’t think I will ever buy an iPhone full-price, it’s just so ridiculously expensive! But… I can’t imagine myself using an Android… OK, now I guess I sound like a rich brat.
I want a big sturdy leather bag that can fit my laptop and everything else that I carry with me. The bag in the picture is just for your reference, but if Santa you aren’t hit by the economic crisis, you can get it for me from Saint Laurent.
A big leather pouch is also something I’ve been searching for lately. Being a girl, I don’t use the same bag everyday and it’s annoying to transfer all the little things from one bag to the other. By ‘little things’ I mean my wallet, tissue, lip gloss, pen(s), diary, notebook, compact powder, gum, hand cream, hand sanitizer…etc SO, it would be super cool to find a sturdy and nice bag to put all these stuff in one place. The pouch in the photo on the right is from Furla.
I know crepe pan is kind of a weird wish item but it’s one of those things that I want to own, but don’t want to buy for myself. I really love making crepes, especially during winter time or when there’s no food left at home (well- all but flour, some milk and an egg).
Another thing I kind of need are nice, warm furry slippers! I ruined my old pair of slippers and I have been wearing hotel slippers at home for a while now… In case you are interested, the slippers in the photo are from Céline Spring 2013 Ready-to-Wear Collection.
Here are the books that I’ve wanted to buy for quite some time now:
– The Last Hundred Days: A Novel by Patrick McGuinness
– David And Goliath: Underdogs, Misfits, And The Art Of Battling Giants by Malcolm Gladwell
– Everything You Always Wanted to Know about Curating But Were Afraid to Ask by Hans Ulrich Obrist
– My Name is Charles Saatchi and I am an Artoholic by Charles Saatchi
Did you like anything on my wishlist? Which are the things that YOU wanted to get for this X’mas? Leave a comment and let us know!
